Flash Mob strikes again!

Proving that memory problems needn’t stop a bit of healthy activism, singers from several Come Singing staged a flashmob at the Norwich Millennium Forum to mark the end of Dementia Awareness Week on May 23rd.  A blast of train whistles, Chattanooga choo-choo, a bit of Elvis and then Side by side fractured the peace of the library, and then the singers melted away for coffee in the sunshine, leaving the radio and newspapers to discover who had caused the disturbance!  We were glad to add our voices to the week of debate and to demonstrate that people living with dementia are a significant and life-enhancing part of the Norwich community.
